What we collect
Account information (name, email, profile picture), listing content you publish, messages you send through the platform, and transaction records (what was bought and sold, amounts, and fees). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from your Google account.
What we don't collect
Card numbers and bank details never touch our servers. Payments are handled by Stripe, and seller identity verification for payouts is collected directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace: showing listings, delivering messages, processing transactions, paying out sellers, preventing fraud, and providing support. Site audits send the URL you submit to our audit provider (SEO Score API), which loads the site and returns the technical scores and fixes in the report you requested; audit inputs are not used to train models.
Sharing
We share data with the service providers that run the platform — Stripe (payments and payouts), Supabase (database and file storage), Firebase (authentication), and Agora (real-time messaging delivery) — each bound by their own security and privacy obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Advertising
Non-premium members may see advertising while browsing. Ad providers may use cookies subject to their own policies. Premium members browse ad-free.
Retention and your rights
We keep account and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the marketplace and meet legal obligations. You can update your profile at any time and may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting support; transaction records required for tax and legal compliance are retained as required by law.
